About Fun s.r.o., a limited liability company established and existing under the laws of the Czech Republic, Business ID 24310930, with its registered office at Dělnická 213/12, 170 00 Praha 7, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court Prague, File No. C 195018 ("About Fun", "We" or "Us"), makes the app Kids' Puzzles (the "App") for young children and their parents.
This Privacy Policy explains, for parents and guardians, what happens with information when a child uses the App. It applies to the App only. Our other games are covered by our general Privacy Policy.
The App does not ask for, collect, store or share personal information from children. Children do not create accounts and cannot enter their name, e-mail address, photos or any other personal details. The App contains no analytics and no tracking, does not use location, and does not use advertising identifiers to track or profile anyone.
The App saves the child's progress (finished pictures, stars, unlocked packs and settings such as sound and language) only on the device. We do not receive this information. Uninstalling the App deletes it.
Purchases and the settings for parents (including the links to this page and to an e-mail to us) are behind a parental gate, a question that a young child is not expected to answer. The App may occasionally show the app store's own built-in rating prompt. Payments are handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their own terms and privacy policies. We never receive payment details; the store only tells the App which items were bought, so that they can be unlocked.
If no purchase has been made, the App may show ads. Ads are requested only from advertising partners that are approved for apps for children: Google AdMob and Kidoz. AdMob ad requests are marked as directed to children and as non-personalised, with content limited to all ages; Kidoz is a network built only for children's apps and serves only child-safe, non-personalised ads. To deliver an ad, the advertising partner receives the technical information that any internet request carries, such as the device's IP address, device type and operating system. The partners may use this information only to deliver the ad and to count and protect it (for example against fraud), not to build a profile of the child or show personalised or interest-based ads. A child may choose to watch a reward video to try a picture pack for a short time; this is always started by a tap and never required.
If a parent writes to us (for example from the App's settings, behind the parental gate, or to support@about-fun.com), we receive the e-mail address and the message, and use them only to answer. We delete the correspondence when it is no longer needed to answer the request.
We design the App to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in the United States, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the European Union, the Google Play Families Policy and Apple's App Store guidelines for apps for children. Because the App does not collect personal information from children, there is nothing about a child that we could show, change or delete. If you believe that we have received information about your child in any way, please contact us and we will delete it.
If we change how the App handles information, we will update this page before the change reaches the App, and change the date below.
